Get to know your Continuing Care Community’s staff

When you spend time on campus, you’ll be welcomed with kindness, compassion, care and respect. We encourage you to meet our friendly and dedicated staff, many of whom have decades of experience in senior living careers. They work hard every day helping residents and working behind the scenes to ensure exceptional experiences.

Following are some of the key roles essential in serving our community.

Administrative staff: The executive director and administrative staff coordinate all aspects of the community, from health services and programs to dining and hospitality. They are focused on creating a vibrant place to live with opportunities for residents to live life to the fullest.

Sales and admissions: The sales director and admissions staff work closely with new applicants and their families to guide them through the application process. Making a move to a senior living community is a big decision affecting health, finances and social life. Our admissions staff help smooth the transition by answering questions about levels of care, financial costs and coordinating the move.

Medical director: The medical director oversees the health services provided on campus, including skilled nursing, physical therapy/occupational therapy, medication management and memory care.

Nursing staff: A team of skilled nurses specialize in caring for older adults with routine and complex needs in our community. Health aides assist with bathing and other activities of daily living. Our nurses and health aides love connecting with residents and helping them live healthy lives.

Housekeeping staff: The housekeeping coordinator and staff are focused on keeping our community areas clean and sanitized.

Maintenance staff: This crew takes care of general maintenance of the building and grounds, including making handyman repairs as needed.

Chefs and kitchen staff: The dining experience at our community is created by a dining coordinator, executive chefs and kitchen staff who work together to provide restaurant-style meals and a variety of menu options for your dietary needs.

Life Enrichment staff: Program and activity coordinators focus their energy on planning social events, workshops, off-campus trips and more.

Nice to meet you!
