Known elsewhere as continuing care retirement communities, we believe our Life Plan communities better reflect in name the opportunities our residents experience.

The Clinton Presbyterian Community
Located on historic Musgrove Street in Clinton, South Carolina, this 40-acre, full-service Life Plan community offers residents an environment of natural beauty and a choice of vibrant lifestyles to match. Residents enjoy the southern charm of small-town life and the connections and culture of Clinton’s collegiate atmosphere.
The Clinton Presbyterian Community offers independent living, residential assisted living, short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing living options. The community also provides outpatient rehabilitation and respite care for area seniors.
The Foothills Retirement Community
Our Easley community boasts 68 acres of natural beauty and a campus full of possibilities for engaged, meaningful living. Walking trails and close proximity to town make The Foothills ideal for active, connected seniors. The community is just 20 minutes away from Greenville, SC, and close to major universities.
The Foothills Retirement Community provides independent living and assisted living, as well as memory care in The Bridge, a secure neighborhood dedicated to those with memory loss. The community also offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing, outpatient rehab and respite care.
The Florence Presbyterian Community
Located in Florence, SC, southern hospitality and tradition are a way of life at The Florence Presbyterian Community. Abundant in South Carolina’s natural beauty, residents enjoy a verdant environment surrounded by mature oak trees, manicured lawns and a fishing pond nestled against the woods. Seniors at The Florence Presbyterian Community experience southern charm and opportunities to live each day to the fullest.
The Florence Presbyterian Community offers independent living in quaint patio homes, assisted living and memory support in the Mabry House. Skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient rehab and respite care are also available.
The Columbia Presbyterian Community
Nestled on 30 acres along the banks of the Saluda River, just minutes from downtown Columbia and Lexington, our Columbia Life Plan community offers gorgeous green spaces, walking trails, gazebos and a river boardwalk. Residents find just as much beauty inside the stained-glass chapel, refreshing common spaces and elegant apartments. Every inch of the community gives way to hospitality and charm.
The Columbia Presbyterian Community provides patio homes and apartments for independent living residents, as well as a variety of floor plans for assisted living residents. Residents in need of memory care find support in Jasmine Place, a secure, dedicated neighborhood. The Columbia offers short-term and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing care and respite care.
The Village at Summerville
Our 84-acre Summerville community is just minutes from historic downtown Charleston. From magnificent trees, walking trails, small ponds, fountains and a peaceful prayer garden to multiple indoor retreats – bungalow-style patio homes, brick cottages, apartments, a wellness center and chapel – residents discover just how enriching senior living can be.
Independent living residents can choose from a patio home, cottage or apartment. The community also offers assisted living, memory support, short-term and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing care and respite care.
Laurel Crest
Our newest Life Plan community, located in West Columbia, offers residents a close-knit culture of connection and company. Nestled in an environment of natural beauty, yet close to the vibrancy of downtown Columbia, Laurel Crest combines the best of southern living. Residents enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and a lifestyle that offers countless opportunities for fulfillment.
Laurel Crest offers independent living, assisted living and memory care in a Special Care Wing. The community also provides short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
