Memory Support Neighborhoods

The Bridge & Evergreen House

Montessori-Inspired Memory Support

Our memory support neighborhoods are guided by the Montessori Philosophy for dementia care, emphasizing dignity, independence, purpose, and meaningful engagement. The Bridge and Evergreen House are two distinct neighborhoods designed to support individuals living with memory loss—each offering its own environment, while sharing one consistent philosophy of care.

Together, these neighborhoods reflect a thoughtful approach to memory support that values personal history, remaining abilities, and the importance of choice. Our environments are intentionally designed to support comfort, familiarity, and a strong sense of belonging.

Two Neighborhoods. One Approach to Care.

While The Bridge and Evergreen House function as separate memory support neighborhoods, they are closely aligned in design, care practices, and values. Each neighborhood offers a secure, supportive setting tailored to residents’ needs, guided by the same Montessori-based, person-centered approach.

Across both neighborhoods, families can expect:

  • Individualized care rooted in personal history, strengths, and preferences
  • Relationship-based support that fosters trust, familiarity, and connection
  • Environments designed to promote calm, orientation, and independence
  • Meaningful daily routines that encourage engagement and purpose

The Bridge

Our Current Memory Support Neighborhood

The Bridge is our established memory support neighborhood and the primary setting where memory support services are provided today. It offers a secure, welcoming environment designed to support individuals through stages of memory loss.

What residents experience at The Bridge:

  • Purposeful daily routines that support dignity, choice, and independence
  • A dedicated, experienced memory support team who know residents personally
  • A calm, familiar setting designed to reduce anxiety and support ease of movement
  • Meaningful activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social well-being

The Bridge reflects our long-standing commitment to excellence in Montessori-inspired memory support and remains the heart of our services today.

Evergreen House

A Future Memory Support Neighborhood

Opening Spring/Summer 2027

Evergreen House is a new memory support neighborhood currently in development, with plans to open in spring/summer 2027. Designed as a complementary neighborhood, Evergreen House builds upon the care philosophy and practices already in place at The Bridge.

Evergreen House will:

  • Operate as its own memory support neighborhood with a dedicated environment
  • Follow the same Montessori-inspired, person-centered approach used at The Bridge
  • Expand our capacity to meet future memory support needs while maintaining continuity in care

Evergreen House is not a replacement for The Bridge; it is a thoughtful expansion designed to support long-term community needs.

A Continuum of Memory Support—Now and Ahead

The Bridge and Evergreen House together form a Montessori-guided memory support continuum. Residents and families can feel confident knowing that our approach, values, and standards of care remain consistent—today and into the future.

The Bridge is currently open and serving residents. Evergreen House is planned to open in spring/summer 2027.
