Medication Tech for Assisted Living


Medication Tech for Assisted Living

Seeking PRN Medication Tech to provide services for assisted living residents.

Summary of Job: Employee is responsible for the life activities of residents to include personal care, household management activities, serving meals, assisting with feeding, medication administration, doing personal laundry and routine light housekeeping duties. Responsibilities also include scanning of documents. 

Reporting Relationship:  Employees reports to the Director of Residential Care.  

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Health Care/Skilled Nursing Area

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)for Health Care/Skilled Nursing  Area

Seeking a full-time and a part-time certified nursing assistant (CNA) to serve residents in our skilled nursing area.

Summary of Job: Employee assists in providing life activities of residents to include all ADL’s,  personal care, household management activities, serving meals, assisting with feeding and restorative care to residents.

Reporting Relationships: Employee reports to a charge nurse.  Other important reporting relationships include those in the chain of command, Director or Assistant Director of Nursing.

Housekeeping Specialist

Seeking full-time housekeeping specialist.  Employee responsibilities includes cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms and surrounding community areas.  Additional functions to include, but not limited to, residents daily laundry and various housekeeping duties.

Housekeeping Specialist reports directly to Director of Environmental Services.

High School Diploma or GED is required.  One year of housekeeping experience is preferred.


Resident Account Assistant

The Florence Presbyterian Community is seeking a Resident Account Assistant to join our Christian ministry that is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for seniors of all faiths.

In this role, the employee will report to the Executive Director and perform administrative tasks related to resident and patient census, billing, accounts, and records.  Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Verify resident insurance and pay source for all services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely census in the billing software
  • Prepare monthly private billing statements
  • Prepare, scan, and key deposits
  • Coordinate the preparation of the document package for third party vendors.
  • Monitor private accounts receivable for collection issues and follow contact schedule for delinquent accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain all paperwork associated with billing process.

The minimum requirements for the Resident Account Assistant are an Associate Degree with strong computer skills, particularly excel, and a minimum of 2 years of Long Term Care financial experience. Experience with Point Click Care a plus.

 A High School Diploma, or GED, with a minimum of 5 years of Long Term Care Financial experience, and strong computer skills, will be considered.
