I have been given creative freedom to implement new programs, new technology, entertainers, groups, singers since I have started.  PCSC encourages professional growth. My whole department belongs to our state and national Activities Professional Associations and have been either certified as a dementia specialist or activities professional or currently working to become certified. In 2019, our Executive Director Jason Basile encouraged me to obtain my administrator‘s license, funded by PCSC which was not an easy feat, but bettered me as a leader and professional. It is a wonderful, supportive organization led by true pioneers of senior health care who care about their employees and residents."
