With the growth of our skilled nursing and health care areas we have added additional FT RN positions for the following shifts, 6am-6pm, 9am-7pm and 10pm-6:30am.

Summary of Job: Employee to performs nursing functions in order to provide residents with medical care; may perform assigned duties related to and require from PCSC staff members for those residents who are in Medicare-certified beds.

Reporting Relationship:  Employee reports to the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing and to the SNF Healthcare Center Administrator.  Employee supervises CNA’s and LPN’s.  Other important reporting relationships may include the Executive Director and those having input in MDS.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)for Health Care/Skilled Nursing Area

Seeking a full-time and a part-time certified nursing assistant (CNA) to serve residents in our skilled nursing area.

Summary of Job: Employee assists in providing life activities of residents to include all ADL’s,  personal care, household management activities, serving meals, assisting with feeding and restorative care to residents.

Reporting Relationships: Employee reports to a charge nurse.  Other important reporting relationships include those in the chain of command, Director or Assistant Director of Nursing and the SNF Healthcare Administrator.

Summary of Job:  Perform service work as required to serve meals to residents, staff and guest.

Reporting Relationship: Employee reports to the Dining Room Supervisor.

Maintenance Tech

Seeking a full-time and a part-time Maintenance Tech to join our team .

Summary of Job:  The candidate will have a friendly and courteous personality, able to work in a team based environment with our residents and staff.  Must be proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall installation, painting and general repairs.  This position does require the individual to be on a rotating 24/7 on call schedule shared with other Maintenance Technicians. 

Reporting  Relationship:  Employee reports directly to the Director of Facilities.  


Life Enrichment Coordinator-Full Time

Seeking a full time Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at our Columbia Community.

Summary of Job: Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities and programs for residents mostly in our Alzheimer's community and other areas of the facility.

Qualifications: Knowledge and skills in the area of activity programming for the older adult population, specifically with Alzheimer's patients.
