The Columbia Presbyterian Community is looking for a Staff Development Coordinator dedicated to making a difference. This position plays a pivotal role of education, training,and leading staff to enrich the lives of our residents across our entire continuum. The minimum requirement for the position is a licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with two firm years of clinical long term care experience or staff development experience. Preferred experience is a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with five years of related experience in a healthcare environment. In addition, the applicant shall have a track record of measurable results and knowledge in regulatory aspects.
